Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Incorrect Products.
  • Manufacturing defects or wrong items supplied must be reported within 3–7 days of delivery.
  • Defective cable ties may be replaced or refunded after inspection.
  • Return shipping costs are usually covered by the seller if the fault is confirmed.
Return Authorization.

  • Prior approval or a Return Material Authorization (RMA) may be required before sending goods back.

Refund Processing.

Restocking Fees

Customer Responsibilities.
  • Customers must ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact for the return to be accepted.
  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong product delivery.
  • Customers must provide accurate details and images (if required) when reporting defective, damaged, or wrong products.
